Visa Classifications Exempt from USCIS New Immigrant Visa Fees That Takes Effect on 02/01/2013
- According to the U.S. Department
of State, the new fees are exempt for the following:
- IR-3
- IH-3
- IR-4
- IH-4
- K-1
- K-2
- K-3
- K-4
