  2. It sure is.

Interesting to see the dates moved again for EB3 ROW. Funny how they keep moving the dates. Hope there is not a major retrogression down the road. A few month retrogression would be ok. But hopefully not a big one.

    1. EB3 ROW moved by 1 month as Amazon had predicted. This is good news for everyone!!

    2. It will not retrogress. It will continue on advancing slowly until SEPT 2014. For OCT 2014 I suspect it will become CURRENT. If you take a look at the recently released Demand Data.. there's no indication that the pipeline is even close to being at full capacity. Most EB3 applications are submitted by indian citizens - for which that queue is so long and has an almost inhumane backlog. For EB3ROW the queue is empty. The reason why it is moving slowly now and for a few more months is because it has moved lots since SEPT 2013. Over 3.5 Years. That's a lot. So it's possible that the 44K GC available for EB3ROW are all going to be used. Once OCT 2014 comes and there's a new allotment of 44K GC on the table it's very likely that it will be current or the backlog will be minimal - about 4 months. Which is meaningless taking into consideration the amount of time PERMS take to be certified.

  6. Hi Amazon, for EB-3 Philippines will it continue to 6 weeks monthly until December 2014?

  7. Hi amazon,no more 8-10 mos jump as what predicted before?

    1. I think it was a little bit of a stretch to think that it would jump that much during the April/May bulletins. But if you go back and review the demand data, there really aren't that very many now, so most probably the dates would start jumping significantly as the fiscal year 2014 draws to a close, most probably between the July-September bulletins.

  16. Hi Amazon i have a question
My PD is June 12th 2013. Case been approved by NVC for f2a CAtegory. NVC emailed me that we are looking for an interview date at new delhi(INDIA) for your spouse.I got mail today on march 12th 2014. SO wat do reckon since May VB is not out and if they put interview in May and god forbid if VB retrogress in May then where i will stand. Or NVC already know in advance about VB and they only fix interview once they r sure abt the VB for that month. Thank youGod bless u

    1. No worries, since the F2A category is not expected to retrogress in May 2014 visa bulletin.

NVC can fix interview, but they cannot assign visas to applicants if visas are not available.
