October 2012 visa bulletin updated

S.3245 has officially become the law. Hence the sunsetting four immigration programs are extended beyond 09/30/2012 and until 09/30/2015. At the same time, October 2012 Visa Bulletin is automatically revised for the visa availability for the visa classifications of EB-4 (Non-Minister Religious Worker Special Immigration Visas) and EB-5 (Regional Center Pilot Program Investment Immigration Visas). 

The October 2012 Visa Bulletin showed that the visa numbers for these classifications would be Unavailable. Additionally, Conrad 30 program for International Medical Graduates' J-1 Waiver Program and E-Verify Program are also extended for three years.
