As we approach October 1, 2012, some F-1 OPT's who were granted employment authorization pending H-1B petitions will suffer loss of employment authorization on September 30, 2012, in only two business days! This presents hardships not only to the workers but also the employers.
Currently all of the employers that filed the cap petitions with the expection of available resources beginning from October 1, 2012 will suffer difficulties in their businesses because of the unavailability of these professional worker resources. It is hoped that this ongoing delays be resolved as soon as possible in one way or another.
