USCIS Releases H-1B "Cap" Petition Processsing Data for FY 2009 thru FY 2012

Remember that this data does not include 20,000 Master degree cap cases, but any Master degree cases that exceeded the 20,000 and merged into regular cap track are included in this data. Since this data includes only cap cases, the cap exempt cases are not included here.
