Please let me know what are my chances with my priority date being Oct 2009 EB2
ReplyDeleteDifferent countries have different dates.
DeleteI am an Indian Ctz
ReplyDeleteIt is currently hard to estimate when EB2 India could reach that date. We will have to wait for USCIS to release updated I-485 pending data.
DeleteHello Amazon,

Hello Amazon,
ReplyDeleteYou have written very nice articles. My priority dates are Feb2008, EB2-India. What are my chances looks like for filing 485?
Due to heavy porting from EB3 India (using up all EB2 India quota), it is currently too early to estimate a date.
DeleteWhat would you predict for I485 processing with a priority date of Jan 2008 ROW?
ReplyDeleteIf you are EB1, EB2, EB4 or EB5 - you are already current.
DeleteIf you are EB3, you should be current in June VB.
Hello Amazon,
ReplyDeleteWhat do you predict of PD Oct 2009 with EB3 ROW?
Will the July or August Visa Bulletin will make it?
Thanks for your Response.
We are waiting for updated I-485 data from USCIS to estimate the current demand and future movements for EB3 ROW.
DeleteYou can see the predictions for July 2013 VB in link below:

There are few more article on the right side (under Popular News) which would be helpful.
There is not much change in pending 485 inventory from Jan 2013 to April 2013. do you know why?
ReplyDeleteIt depends on which category and country you are referring to.
DeleteTip: Biggest change is when the spillover happens.

ReplyDeleteGreat article. Thanks for the info, you made it easy to understand. BTW, if anyone needs to fill out a 2011 USCIS Form I-485, I found a blank fillable form here:USCIS I485. I also saw some decent tutorials on how to fill it out.
ReplyDeleteI would like to file an I-485 for my brother. My petition for him is approve. The country is Philippines. His PD is Aug 2010. Is it possible for me to file that application? And Is their any chances that this is going to be approved? What is the best thing to do?
