USCIS EB I-485 Processing Statistics
TSC | NSC | National | |
Pending | 28,900 | 21,245 | 220,979 |
Preadjudicated | 46,713 | 37,179 | 83,912 |
Customer action waiting | 2,387 | 16,762 | 44,202 |
Completed | 12,018 | 13,367 | 61,779 |
New receipts | 10,667 | 11,749 | 52,956 |
Current case load continues to be equally distributed between TSC and NSC for most categories.
Number of preadjudicated cases increase by around 4,000 for both TSC and NSC. This could be due to higher volume of applications from EB3ROW and EB2 India.
The volume of cases is still much lower than expected. This could results in dates for EB3 ROW to move forward by another 3-6 months in January VB.
Since USCIS goes by last receipt date, if you are going to file your I-485 (or just filed), you will be placed behind this queue (even if your PD is before these applicants). Exception is if application is preadjudicated then it would go by PD.
