USCIS EB I-485 & I-140 Processing Statistics As Of 09/30/13

USCIS EB I-140 Processing Statistics

 TSC NSC National
Pending 6,249 929 7,216
Customer action waiting 1,051 3,198 4,249
Completed 3,216 2,075 5,291
New receipts 2,687 1,783 4,470

The number of completed cases decreased at both NSC and TSC in the last one month. Overall the volume  has decreased across most categories in both service center.

USCIS EB I-485 Processing Statistics

 TSC NSC National
Pending 28,900 21,245 220,979
Preadjudicated 46,713 37,179 83,912
Customer action waiting 2,387 16,762 44,202
Completed 12,018 13,367 61,779
New receipts 10,667 11,749 52,956

Current case load continues to be equally distributed between TSC and NSC for most categories.

Number of preadjudicated cases increase by around 4,000 for both TSC and NSC. This could be due to higher volume of applications from EB3ROW and EB2 India.

The volume of cases is still much lower than expected. This could results in dates for EB3 ROW to move forward by another 3-6 months in January VB.

Since USCIS goes by last receipt date, if you are going to file your I-485 (or just filed), you will be placed behind this queue (even if your PD is before these applicants). Exception is if application is preadjudicated then it would go by PD.

    1. Hmm you've been leaving the same message on several pages. Ease up cowboy! Yet, you fail to mention the year of your priority date. Dec 10, 2011? 2012?
