ReplyDeleteWhat is th EB3 ???
ReplyDeleteSorry, I did not understand your question.
DeleteEmployment Based third category
DeleteI am not sure what your question is. Are you asking when EB3 ROW will move to a specific date? or will EB3 India (or other country) will forward in last quarter?
DeleteDo you think based on the current immigration reform or the overflow of ROW EB2 and EB1 that ROW EB3 will go past March 1, 2008 in the June bulletin? My priority date is February 15, 2008 and I've been desperately waiting for years for this to get to this point.
ReplyDeleteYes, we are expecting EB3ROW to reach April 2008 in June VB. CIR is still in draft stage.
DeleteWhat would be the likely timeframe when EB2I will be current for priority date March 14 2008?
ReplyDeleteEB2 India CAN reach between Nov 07 and March 08 in the July or Aug VB.
ReplyDeleteMy priority date is July 28 2008.. and its in EB3 ROW... any idea and predictions when might my PD come?
ReplyDeleteI'd say in the next 3 bulletins, it could possibly reach July 2008. Hopefully sooner. I can understand the pain, its ridiculous to wait for so long.
DeleteI hope your prediction for EB3-I is right for June 2013. My PD of Jan 7 2003 will finally be current. 10 long years after filing and 14 years after moving to the US.
ReplyDeleteThe dates are based on applying FB spillovers to EB3 India. USCIS has not mentioned when they will apply the spillovers (it seems they may have already started).
DeleteHi. I have a PD of April 2007 EB2 India. Can I expect to receive GC before Oct 2013? My I 485 has been pending a visa number.
ReplyDeletethanks a lot in advance!
We will be adding a new post on how far EB2 India could reach between July - Sept 2013 and after that.
DeleteDo you think EB3-I will move two weeks again? Reason I asked was because it appears that there appears to be quite a few applications in the end of Dec/early Jan timeframe. Even with the spillovers applied...do you think it will still move at that pace?
ReplyDeleteAlso do you think the spillovers have already been applied to EB3I? Or do u think there's still some more the next few months?
EB spillovers will be applied in the last quarter. USCIS has not mentioned anything about FB spillover application. We expect them to apply it slowly every month.
ReplyDeleteSee this link:
http://blog.mygcvisa.com/2013/04/eb3-visa-bulletin-predictions.html
what is TBD ?
ReplyDeleteTBD = To Be Determined
DeleteHey our priority date is October 20 2008 any hope I can become current this year? We are in EB3 and are from Africa?
ReplyDeleteHi there, yes there is a possibility of EB3ROW reaching that date this year.
DeleteCan you please envision, when EB2 India may get CURRENT for PD in JUNE 2012?Any predictions?
ReplyDeleteAt the current rate, it could take a very long time to reach that date. Most of the H1 visas are issued to top Indian consulting firms (Tata, Cognizant, Wipro, etc). Hence demand from India applicants continues to remain high.
DeleteIn addition around 300 people are CURRENTLY porting every month from EB3 India to Eb2 India - and using ALL available quota of EB2 India. It is likely that as EB2 India dates moves ahead, the EB3 to EB2 porting rate could stay the same or increase.
I have followed EB2I 2013 predictions on your website , trackkit forums and few other sites. In all of the predictions most consistent view is that either EB2I dates will reach end of 2007 or early 2008 depending on porting and spillovers by Sep 2013.
ReplyDeleteAssuming we have 1000 porting cases from April 13 to Sep 13 do you think dates for EB2I might reach early 2008.
We will be adding a post on how far EB2 India and other categories could go due to EB and FB spillovers in the last quarter.
DeleteCurrently the porting rate is around 300 per month or 2100 for the seven months (Apr to Sept). The unknown factors are demand in other EB1, EB4 and EB5 categories (which affects spillovers). Also the demand in EB2 India between Aug 2007 and Feb 2008 is currently unknown. Hope this gives you a little idea :)
So can we really hope that in 1-2 bulletin the EB2 India date will move from 2004 to 2007?
DeleteYes, based on EB/FB spillovers it is certainly possible that dates for EB2 India will finally move forward.
DeleteMy PD is 11 june 2001 f4 category india. Acc to you, when it will be current ..?
ReplyDeleteRough estimate is around 6 to 8 months.
DeleteYou said you will be posting anew blog on EB2 India soon. When can we expect that ?
ReplyDeleteWe are waiting for USCIS to update the I485 pending inventory with latest data. The current data is nearly 4 months old. If they do not update it in next few weeks, we will publish it based on old data.
DeleteThis is EXCELLENT information! Thanks a whole lot for all your hard work. Had a question about your estimations for EB3 - ROW for June 2013.
ReplyDeleteAre these predictions:
1. Generous?
2. Conservative?
It is between generous and conservative. We are expecting EB3ROW to move between 4 to 6 months in the June 2013 VB.
DeleteEB3 China and EB3 Mexico would have the same cutoff date as EB3ROW in June 2013 VB.
So you are pretty certain that it will go past Feb 20, 2008 for EB3 ROW? I am considering getting the medicals done as my priority date is Feb 20, 2008. It'll be great. I am hoping it goes past Feb 20, 2008 for sure.
DeleteYeah, EB3ROW would likely move between 4-6 months in June VB. Medical would only take few days.
DeleteHi, When can we expect you to publish updated estimates on EB2 India movement from now till Sep 2013 ?
ReplyDeleteCopied from earlier comment above:
DeleteWe are waiting for USCIS to update the I485 pending inventory with latest data. The current data is nearly 4 months old. If they do not update it in next few weeks, we will publish it based on old data.
My PD is July 28, 2008 (EB3 Philippines). Do you have an estimate as to when this will be current?
ReplyDeleteDue to very high demand, Charles Openheim (from Visa Office) had predicted EB3 Philippines to move around 1 week per month.
DeleteEb3 philippines Dec 2006 priority date.. When? Thanks...
ReplyDeleteRough estimate would be 10-12 months.
DeleteThanks...
DeleteI am f3 India, my priority date is 19 nov 2002 .When it will be current please
ReplyDeleteRough estimate is around 10-12 months
DeleteEB2I Priority Date is 26September, 2006. Any guess that this will be current in June 2013 VB.Pls. reply..
ReplyDeleteThere is a high probability that EB2 India will advance further in the July 2013 VB.
DeleteFirst of all thanks for providing these information. This is a great site.
ReplyDeleteMy question is:
EB3 Row - Nepal. Priority date: Sept 2009. Is there any chance it will become current this year sometime? I will appreciate if you provide some insight on it. Thanks
This article will help answer the question:
Deletehttp://blog.mygcvisa.com/2013/04/eb3-visa-bulletin-predictions.html
Will the unused allocation Visa for EB1, EB2, EB4 & EB5 will go to EB3 for a particular country (like Philippines) or it will be absorbed in another country? How about the rule on per country limit, how will these affect the unused Visa allocation? Thank you so much for taking time on this one... More power to you.
ReplyDeleteThe rules for EB and FB spillovers are different. I am assuming your question is only about EB spillovers.
DeleteEB spillovers flow: EB4 + EB5 --> EB1 --> EB2 --> EB3
If EB2 is retrogressed, all spillovers would be consumed by EB2 category.
In case there is spillover to EB3 (which will happen only when EB2 all countries are current), then the country with the most retrogressed date would get all spillovers till its date is same as the next retrogressed country.
In EB3, EB3 India would first get all spillovers until EB3 India date is same as EB3 Philippines. Then they would equally share the spillovers till its date reaches EB3 Mexico. Hope this helps.
For FB spillover rule, please click here:
http://blog.mygcvisa.com/2013/02/eb-category-to-receive-18000-additional.html
Thank you so much for the reply. You were right, what I meant is for EB spillovers. However, in follow up to above question and your related answers in the last two paragraphs, can you enlighten me more why PD EB3 Philippines was overtaken by China? In June 2012 VB, EB3 China PD was Aug 2005 while Philippines was May 2006. However, in May 2013 VB, China is already Dec 2007, while Philippines is Sep 2006? Why is it that Philippines EB3 did not level with China, considering the above explanations? Will the absorption of spillovers to India not in violation to per country limit?
DeleteCan you also recommend me a Law Firm who is better to handle EB3 porting to EB2? I have a Master's Degree in Chemistry with units in PhD Chem and I am teaching in high school. I have I-140 with EB3 PD Jan 2009. With India's pending and Philippines slow movement, I am very anxious, since I have dependents who will probably turn 21, and will be out of status, if I can not get my Green Card in timely manner.
Thanks for the help and thank you so much for your valuable time in dedicating this Blog.
Q. can you enlighten me more why PD EB3 Philippines was overtaken by China
DeleteA. Visa bulletin movements depends directly on the demand (how many people are filing I-485 application). The demand from EB3 Philippines is a LOT higher than EB3 China.
Q. Will the absorption of spillovers to India not in violation to per country limit?
A. The per country limit applies at initial stage only: (a) when establishing visa bulletin cutoff date and (b) spillover from FB to EB categories. Per country limit does not apply to EB spillovers.
Q. Can you also recommend me a Law Firm who is better to handle EB3 porting to EB2?
A. The law firm which filed your EB3 case would be a good resource to file EB2 application - since they have already reviewed your case completely. Let me know if you are still looking for another law firm.
Q. I have I-140 with EB3 PD Jan 2009. With India's pending and Philippines slow movement, I am very anxious, since I have dependents who will probably turn 21, and will be out of status, if I can not get my Green Card in timely manner.
A. Charles Oppenheim (from Visa Office) had predicted EB3 Philippines to move at rate of one week per month due to very high demand.
Checkout this article which explains many things (in plain language):

In addition, we have posted LOTS of article similar to this. See the Popular News section on the right side of this page for more articles, news, etc.
Hi,
ReplyDeleteHave you revised the bulletin dates above from your previous predictions based on any new data or do you still think the EB3 ROW will be hitting April 2008 in next month's bulletin?
Hi anonymous, we are waiting for USCIS to update the I-485 pending inventory to get more accurate data. Till then we are expecting EB3 ROW to move by around 4 months in June VB. If demand is low, it could be 6 months.
DeleteThanks a ton for sharing all this useful information. I follow your blog on a regular basis. Do you have a ball park regarding when can we expect an article/blog entry from you regarding EB2I movement? Do we need to wait till demand data is out for June 2013 VB?
ReplyDeleteWe are waiting for USCIS to release updated I-485 pending inventory. The current data is around 4 months old.
DeleteWe have a good idea on what will be in demand data. So that document would not help as much as I-485 pending inventory.
Apart from blog, we are also working on 4-5 new features/functionality. These should be out soon :)
thanks for very usefull info
ReplyDeletei have a question my profie is F2A and periority date is 27 june 2011
could you tell me if you can predict when will be my visa bullatin month
It depends on country of origin/chargeability. Different countries have different dates.
DeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteHow about predictions for a February 2009 PD (EB3-ROW)?
Thank you!!
Check out this article:
Deletehttp://blog.mygcvisa.com/2013/04/eb3-visa-bulletin-predictions.html
origin country is egypt periority day is F2A 27 june 2011
ReplyDeletecould you predict date of visa
Rough estimate is around 3-4 months.
DeleteGuys... how is your confidence level with your Pick of Apr 15/08 for EB3 ROW, right about now?
ReplyDeleteAre you still still sticking to that prediction? Plus a little? Minus a little?
:-)
Hi Anonymous, based on todays data EB3 ROW movement is still around 4.5 months.
DeleteIf demand is low between May 1 and May 9, then it could jump by 6 months.
If I could kiss you right now... I would :)
DeleteLOL...Hugs and Kisses are always welcome XOXO :)
DeleteI am EB3, april 2008.. but i havent done i-485..and i see next month will be arpil 15th 2008, that means i will get green card next month? or i will file 485 next month??
ReplyDeleteThe April 2008 date listed above is prediction. We will post the official visa bulletin when DOS releases it around May 10.
DeleteWhen your PD becomes current, you can file the I-485 application. The current processing time for I-485 is between 4-8 months.
Please see this article for more details on I-485 application:
http://blog.mygcvisa.com/2013/04/how-to-file-i-485-application.html
My PD is Dec 2003 under EB3 for India. By when do you think I should expect a GC? Thanks
ReplyDeleteCurrent I-485 processing time between 4-7 months after filing the I-485 application.
DeleteHi my PD is Oct 30, 2006 EB3 Philippines. Will this become current this fiscal year?
ReplyDeleteRough estimate is around 5 months.
DeleteGood afternoon everyone! My PD is March 5th, 2008 - EB3 ROW (Canada). I hope the predictions above are accurate. Apart from the i-485 processing times (4-7 months) do I need to be concerned with the 7% allocation per country after my priority date becomes current? i.e. Does the ROW per country demand influence GC availability beyond the basic category dates? For how long will EAD be issued initially?
ReplyDelete7% allocation would not apply during I-485 processing. It is used to establish visa bulletin cutoff date.
DeleteEAD is typically issued for either 1 or 2 years.
hi, my PD is august 2007, EB3 Philippines, any idea when is my PD gonna be current. thanks a lot.
ReplyDeleteCharles Oppenheim from Visa office has predicted 1 week per month movement for EB3 Philippines.
Deletewith that one week per month movement, how long do I have to wait for my PD to be current, will it be a year or two or will it be possible to move faster than that.
ReplyDeletethanks once again.
It can move faster later on. We are waiting for updates from Charles Oppenheim.
DeleteIam Eb2 August 2010 from India.
ReplyDeleteCan you predict when this date will be reached to get my EAD
Currently it is early to estimate a date.
Deletethanks a lot. will wait for more updates from you and this site. God bless
ReplyDeleteEB3-Philippines, PD Aug. 2007
Hi, my PD is September 2007, F1 The Gambia, any idea when is my PD going to be current. Thanks a lot.
ReplyDeleteRough estimate would be around 14-15 months.
DeleteThanks a lot for the reply. Anyway can i apply for visitors visa and if sure what will be impact / repercussion on my petition?
DeleteNot sure. You can definitely mention it during the interview process.
DeleteYou guys are awesome!! This is such detailed info.. I have a couple of not so smart questions for you :(
ReplyDeleteMy PD is Jul 28, 2008 EB3 ROW. My I-140 was done a couple of years ago. My questions are:
1- When do you think my date will become current?
2- Once my 485 is filed (Texas is my service center) how long would it take for me to get my AP and EAD and also how my time from filing of my 485 will it be get my green card?
3- Do you expect that the PD will continue to move forward and retrogress once my PD (July 28 '08) becomes current and 485 is filed?
4- Once I have my EAD... could I switch my jobs or would I have to wait until I have my my actual green card before switching over.
Thank you so much Amazon!!
Aww, thank you :)
DeleteThose are good questions. Here are the answers:
1. See this article: http://blog.mygcvisa.com/2013/04/eb3-visa-bulletin-predictions.html
2. See this article: http://blog.mygcvisa.com/2013/04/how-to-file-i-485-application.html
3. See article in 1 above.
4. Technically yes you can switch jobs using EAD. If you do not have EAD, then according to AC21 rule, you will have to wait for 180 days after I-485 application was filed.
Hi my PD 7.1.2001 in FB 4th row IN INDIA
ReplyDeleteAny idea when my PD gonna current???
Assuming the date is July 2001, rough estimate is about 6-7 months
DeleteAny updates based on May numbers for June bulletin? My PD is EB3 ROW February 21. Keeping fingers crossed. Do you think I'll be able to file for the I-485 in June?
ReplyDeleteYou did not mention the year.
DeleteIf it is 2008, then you should be able to.
DeleteHi Amazon, do you have any update info for June Eb3 row ?
ReplyDeleteNot yet.
DeleteGreetings Amazon.
ReplyDeleteWhat is your best prediction for EB3 ROW PD Aug 4 2008? When do you think it might become current? Also.. once it becomes current do you think it might retrogress? I need to know how quickly I should file because I may be out of country at that time.
Your response will be great appreciated.
Thanks again.
Paulo
Most likely July VB. Regarding retrogression, please see this article:
Deletehttp://blog.mygcvisa.com/2013/04/eb3-visa-bulletin-predictions.html
Hi again,
ReplyDeleteSo as I will be out of the country all of June returning on Jul 11th. If my date becomes current as you said above in July VB (which I am assuming comes out after the 10th of June??).. and I come back on the 11 July have all my paperwork ready to file..I hope the date for the month stays current at least until the end of that month. So in my case if I filed on the 12th..and by chance the date retrogresses in Aug VB. Would my application be accepted as long as I filed it before Jul 31st?
Thank you so much - you are very generous with your time.
Cheers,
Paulo.
Hi Paulo, That is right. If the PD becomes current in July VB, you can file anytime between July 1 and July 31.
DeleteIf PD is still current in Aug VB, then you can also file anytime in August. If dates retrogress in August, they would still accept your application if they received it before August 1.
This article would also help:
http://blog.mygcvisa.com/2013/04/how-to-file-i-485-application.html
June VB should be out by May 10.
DeleteJuly VB should be out by June 10.
Also be on lookout for June VB. In rare cases DOS moves dates to Aug 2008 in the June VB, you can file your application on June 1.
My priority date is feb 2004, in eb3 India category. Do you see my case becoming current this year?
ReplyDeleteDue to continuous (very) high demand, probably not. Please see this article for more details:
Deletehttp://blog.mygcvisa.com/2013/04/eb3-visa-bulletin-predictions.html
Hello,
ReplyDeleteMy PD is 6th Jan 2012, any idea on when I will be current?
If you are EB2 ROW, you are already current.
Deletehi my PD 1 sept 2001 in FB 4th row
ReplyDeletewe already paid 1600 doller fees in us embassy
when ours PD gonna current
plz help
Different countries have different dates. If you are from India, very rough estimate would be 12-14 months.
Delete12 to 14 month omg
ReplyDeletethis is too slow bro why
can you tell me plz??
That is based on data from Charles Oppenheim (Visa Office). This data changes every month. So we will have to wait for an update from Charles Oppenheim.
Deleteafter 12 months I'm going 21 year old
ReplyDeleteso the policy said after 21 you can't go in family based visa 4th row india
is that right bro???
Question regarding F4 for INDIA:
ReplyDeleteJun 2010 cut off date was Sep 2000
Jan 2011 cut off date was Jan 2002
Feb 2011 cut off date was Jan 2000...............Based on all of these can you predict visa availability for Aug 2002?
Based on current data, F4 India is moving at 1 week per month. So it could take a while to reach that date.
DeleteAmazon - Based on June DD, do you still see EB3-I going to 8th Jan 2003?
ReplyDeleteSince the demand is still high (per the old I-485 pending inventory), EB3 India could move 2-3 weeks in the June VB.
DeleteSo are you sticking with you 8/1/2003 PD for the next bulletin Amazon? Or maybe a little less than 8th? Or maybe 15th? What do you say?
DeleteBased on the four month old I-485 pending inventory data, it looks like either Jan 8 or 15. We are waiting for updated data from Visa Office.
DeleteData Demand Released!!!!
ReplyDeleteWhats to word on the street guys?
Predictions still holding true? :)
Based on June DD, EB3-I might jump to 8th Feb 2003
ReplyDeleteFor updated EB3 ROW movement, please see this link:
ReplyDeletehttp://blog.mygcvisa.com/2013/04/eb3-visa-bulletin-predictions.html
We think it is a good idea to update data in ONE page and point comments to that page (instead of updating multiple comments in multiple posts).
Hi Amazon, do you think that eb3 could increace more than 6 months for june?
ReplyDeleteDo you mean EB3 ROW? Please see the link in the comment just above this one for all EB3 categories.
DeleteYes sorry Eb3 row
DeleteThat is possible. Please see this post: http://blog.mygcvisa.com/2013/04/eb3-visa-bulletin-predictions.html
Deletehi amazon, please help!My priority date is 2007 January F3(ROW).Can you please estimate waiting time.
DeleteThank you
It is currently at 2002. It is moving around a week every month. It could take a long time to move to 2007.
DeleteHello, origin country is Lebanon periority date is F2A 11 june 2011
ReplyDeletecould you predict date of visa. Thanks
Probably in August or September VB.
DeleteHi , my PD in Nov 2008 Eb3 Row, do you think could be current for July? because the demand is very low.
ReplyDeletethanks
Hi Lucy, that is possible.
DeleteMy pd is 7/22/08 for EB-3 ROW...when will it reach that date? I am hoping I dont need to renew my H-1B cuz it expired Nov 2013.
ReplyDeleteEither June or July VB. The I-485 processing time is around 4-8 months.
DeleteHello...really appreciate all your effort. My pd is March, 9 2012 on eb3 n I know I still have to wait long time. Do you think when will be my pd to be current? I made a decision to go back to Korea Cuz I can't wait 5years. But I can see these day',s pd is advanced so fast!!!! So i am holding my previous decision. Can you let me know exepected current date? Thanks.
ReplyDeleteVisa allocation is supply and demand. The supply is fixed at 140,000 per year (for all EB categories). The demand however is not fixed and changes daily.
DeleteWe are waiting for updated data from Visa Office. This will give an accurate demand. The current I-485 pending inventory is around 4 months old and only include demand till Aug 2007 for EB3 ROW (since dates did not move beyond that).
EB3ROW priority date just filed as 01MAY13.. how long do you think the wait is likely to be to become current?
ReplyDeleteIt is too early to estimate that date.
DeleteHello there! I just want to ask, I am under F2B Philippines, and my priority date is July 2003. Would you know when it will be current? Right now they are processing Sep 2002. Thank you so much!
ReplyDeleteIt is moving at rate of 1 week per month. It could be 3+ years. We are waiting for updated data from Visa Office.
DeleteMy priority date is September 7th 2006, Eb2 India- I-485 filed and preadjudicated April 2012. You think I will be greened this July?
ReplyDeleteThat is possible. Sometimes if USCIS needs more information, they issue a simple RFE. This is rare.
DeleteHi, I am an approved I-130 and F2B from Mexico, how much longer? PD 7/12/1993. What are the predictions?
ReplyDeleteIt should be current in July VB. F2B Mexico can reach 01AUG93 in July VB.
DeleteHi Amazon , My PD is EB3-India 8 Feb 2003 , when I can expect my PD will be current. thanks
ReplyDeleteMost likely in July or Aug VB.
DeleteHow long does it take for EB3 from Mexico reach the priority date. Mine is July 2012. What are the predictions. Last months the priority date for Mexico is moving fast!
ReplyDeleteCurrently it is hard to give an estimate that far.
Deletesoy mexicano de mexico que nesesito para poder gara una visa o green card
ReplyDelete¿Has probado la aplicación para loterÃa de visas?
DeleteMy PD is less than a week away from current PD Hope your prediction is true and our family gets out of this anxiety. This $hit is painful to go through.
ReplyDeletePriority date nov. 2010 eb2 India. when can I expect my pd current?
ReplyDeleteThanks a lot.
There are many factors which affects visa bulletin movement. Currently the porting from EB3 India to EB2 is consuming the annual quota for EB2 India. The only way EB2 India can move is due to spillovers from EB and FB categories.
DeleteSince demand changes every month in all categories (EB and FB), it directly affects the amount of spillover available. Hence we cannot estimate the movement that far.
My PD is Oct 2007 EB2 India. Any chance of my PD becming current soon? I wish USCIS considers separating NIW from the rest in EB2 category....
ReplyDeleteMost likely in July or August VB.
DeleteMy priority date is November of 2008 China, Employment based EB2. When do I expect to have my case become current date? Thanks.
ReplyDeleteRough estimate in 3-4 months (depending on exact date). EB3 China is likely to move ahead of EB2 China in 1-2 months.
DeleteMy PD is June 2008 EB2 India. When can I expect?. Thanks for the insight details.
ReplyDeleteMay be next year 2014 around March. You should be current.
DeleteIt is currently hard to give an estimate on that date. Due to heavy porting from EB3, dates may not continue to move forward every month.
DeleteThis is also evident from current EB2 India dates (which has not moved since last May).
It should move forward in the last quarter of FY (July - Sept).
Hi Amazon,
ReplyDeleteMy PD is Jan 07, 2009, EB3 ROW, will my date be current in July 2013 visa bulletin?
Thanks a lot.
Yeah, it is likely to move by 5-6 months in July VB.
DeleteMy PD is Jan 09, 2008 Philippines, Any idea if it will jump more than 1 week or two weeks after the demand is low. I assumed that after Jan 2007 the demand has decreased.
ReplyDeletethank you very much.
I am guessing you are EB3 Philippines. We are waiting for updated data from Visa Office.
DeleteEB3 Philippines currently have around 2200 applicants from Jan 2007 to July 2007.
So what happens after July 2007 applicants? Since my my priority date is Jan 2008, how many years left do I have to wait until I will be current?
DeleteThank you so much.
We are waiting for updated data from Visa Office. Since dates have not moved after Aug 2007, USCIS/DOS does not know accurately how many applicants are after Aug 2007.
DeleteMy PD is 03/2005 EB2, when do you think the EB2 dates will move from the current stuck date?
ReplyDeleteI am assuming you are EB2 India. It is likely to move in July VB.
DeleteHow much time frame in administrative processing after interview for family based immigrant visa 4th row India
ReplyDeleteI am not sure about that.
DeleteDo you have any idea wen June 2010 eb2 will get current?
ReplyDeleteIf you are EB2 ROW, you are already current.
DeleteYou guys Rock with predictions. I am current according to June bulletin. :-)
ReplyDeleteAt this point in time is there a possibility of RFE in our case ? Or its just a matter of card issuance now ? Thanks again Amazon for your wise inputs. You guys put a lot of people at ease which is valuable than anything else in this specific scenario. I appreciate all your efforts.
DeleteThank you for the kind words.
DeleteRFE can be issued anytime during I-485 processing. It really depends on the officer reviewing the case. Sometimes what is acceptable to one officer may not be acceptable to another officer.
I am guessing you had already filed I-485 application few years ago. This article may also help:

ReplyDeleteMy PD is Dec 2007 (India) when can I expect to be current.
I filed 485 in Jan-2012 which was current to my PD but I haven't received my GC but I got my EAD.
When would EB2 India August 2007 become current?
ReplyDeleteMy PD for EB2 is January 2009. I missed last time, as there was lay off in our organization and I had to switch the company and reapply labor/I140. When can i expect Jan 2009 ?
ReplyDeleteBased on current data, it is not possible to estimate that far.
DeleteMy pd is oct, 2008. What happens if my company that filed for me does not want to carry any further, and I don't have another employer immediately, when my PD becomes current? Thank you sir.
Delete1. You can continue to be with your employer till H1 is valid.
Delete2. You can switch employer and start process again. You can retain your earlier PD if I-140 is approved.
3. If you are with current employer and PD is current: If I-140 is approved, you can file I-485 yourself. Please see this article and comments in it:

any idea when will Oct. 2007 PD for EB2 India become current? also, do NIW applicants get preference for processing I-485 applications?
ReplyDeleteBased on current data, it is not possible to estimate that far. NIW applicants do not get first preference during I-485 application.
Deletehi amazon, is EB2 phils always current?thanks a lot!!!!
ReplyDeleteGenerally yes. EB2 Philippines is current. However it did retrogress for few months last year (since demand for visa was much more than supply).
