    2. EB3 ROW will very likely be current by Q3 of FY2015. India and China, not so much.

      Delete
    3. U r wrong. India not so much. China will move with row to around mid of 2012 by end of 2015. Thinking eb3 row being current is ridiculous.

    4. I'm not wrong, I know how to add and subtract which evidently is something you have yet to learn. If you want to give it a try on your own instead of taking a look at the stupid lineal calculators used on websites such as this one, then do this: gather all EB3 ROW visa allocations for Q4 FY 2014 along with the rest of current FY. After you do that, take a look at PERM approvals for FY11/12/13. Upon doing that, go at visa allocations for Q1 FY 2015. If you know how to add and understand how this system works you will come to the realization that by the March 2015 VB EB3 ROW will be on PD's around November of 2013. If you care to do the rest of the math you will see EB3 ROW will be current next year. It's not ridiculous, it's math - learn how to do it on your own before you decide what's right and what's wrong.

    6. If you think what opp said or stated regarding the visa numbers r remotely true, u r too naive... stop using 3rd grade math to calculate the visa numbers. They dont even match from month to month if u take a slightly closer look. sigh...

    1. how difficult is it to estimate the amount of visas it is not as if that they are going to cause a huge catastrophe if they miss by a few weeks ... they should use commonsense and move the dates so people who have spent 400 bucks of hard earned money giving medicals get a chance to use those medicals otherwise next year it will be another 400 bucks down the drain

    7. You guys are ridiculous. The process of greencard is quiet frustrating to begin with...first convincing the company to sponsor then doing perm, I-140...then waiting waiting waiting...and in this whole process so many good job opportunities are lost, travel can become limitation for some, spouses cant work, job security becomes more important..we all spend hrs reading blogs, figuring out what nos mean, wait eagerly to see the visa bulletin and drive everyone around us crazy including spouses by discussing this topic over and over again.....
So the whole point of this blog and Q&A is to support one another whether your priority date be 2004 or 2014.

  47. what the hell is going with EB3 ROW. when will it move forward again. another retrogression perhaps???

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. EB3-ROW will move in the OCT VB. Why do you think there will be retrogression? Look at the latest USCIS demand data, only slightly over 11K up until 01 Oct 2012.

      Delete
    2. Lets hope so. Do you reckon it would move upto July 2013 or so? Or will it just 1-2 months movement?

      Delete
    3. I don't know about that; some people are even predicting that eb3row will become current in the later half of fy15, see for example eb3 predictions in q immigration blog.

      Delete
    4. the idea of it being current is ridiculous, but you never know. we can hope for the best :)

      Delete
    5. All dates will move forward in oct since its the new fiscal yr. The dates stopped this month due to Oppen has given pretty much all the left over/spill over visa to EB2I. Remember, 1 week worth of EBindia applicants= current for all EB3 in all countries.

      Delete
    6. It's highly likely that EB3 ROW will be current, this is based on numbers available.
might be by Q2 or ! 3 at the latest.

      Delete
    7. Why the idea of EB3 ROW being current is ridiculous?
without doing any math, they have moved more 5 years in 2 fiscal years.
doesn't that tell that the demand is EB3ROW is slow?
They will easily move to be Current in even provide some spillover to EB3 I.

Yes, also check Q's forum for EB3 predictions, it's logically laid out there!

      Delete
    8. Yes, EB3 ROW being current IS ridiculous.
stop living in your fantasy world. open your eyes instead.
stop checking visa numbers using elementary school math. check historical visa number allocation instead.
visa numbers/visa bulletin dates were never truly calculated by visa numbers.

  52. Hello Amazon-

I want to tell you what an AMAZING job you are doing.

I havent seen you post in the comment section in a while now- so I have a question for you- of course this is a very redundant question but I would like to get your insight on the FY2015 predictions for EB3 ROW as your predictions have been quiet accurate.

I dont know how to play with numbers and I appreciate the effort that you put into it and that is why it is best to ask the expert...However I read a lot of blogs where prediction for FY2015 is that EB3-ROW can become current.

I want to see what you feel about that. My priority date is Dec 2012 EB3 ROW but I want to know your opinion and this will be a lot of help to all your readers.

It would be awesome if you can let us know what to expect in Q1 and Q2 as a lot of people intend to travel around Dec time and want to file I485 asap.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. If i would take a kick on this until Amazon respond, Yes, there is high possibility of ROW to be current by Q2/Q3.
This is based on available pending inventory/PERM approved for EB3 ROW with October12 until now and the number of Visa available to EB3ROW next year!

    2. Question,Why the EB2I Dates will not move in October 2014 VB,Anyway they may get FY2015 Visas in Oct 2014.

They are any way planning to retrogress the EB2 I cutoff dates in November VB to 2005.

I am hoping your priority date(05/22/2009) will surely be current in the Oct 2014 VB but I can say about getting the GC.

    3. Please verify your employer/petitioner in the US if your job/work in the US is still available for and file your Adjustment of Status (I-485) so that your papers will be forwarded to NVC and will be forwarded to the US Phil. Consulate for visa approval and interview. Please check documents requirements for filing I-485 and how the NVC (National Visa Center) will handle and process your paper. Review the links provided in this blog, or go to www.uscis.gov and search the subjects. Better still contact the immigration lawyer that handled your case if they were provided by your petitioner/employer. I hope this will help.

Most of the problem in receiving notice is mishandled by the letter carrier, esp if nobody is at home during delivery. Check NVC with the docs supplied by someone who work your papers or ask the courier.

Do I still have to make actions to correct my name or leave it as that. Will there be any problem in the processing if my maiden name is in the fee bill? Pls reply. Thanks

      Delete
    5. If i got it right your still not married when your petition was filed and approved right? Do you have an immigration lawyer who works for you? If yes, ask his guidance. If, none please take note, read and understand well of form I-485 and its instructions. Go to website www.uscis.gov and look for the form and instructions. You can also look in here in Amazon blogs and its related links as guide. Anyway, when you file I-485 adjustment of status for green card, be sure that you file also the corresponding I-485 of your spouse and children. The supporting documents that you will include in the said filings, i.e. marriage contract and birth certificates of your children will provide proof of your change of status and family name from single to married and in effect leave your original documents as the filed petition. I hope this helps. God Bless and Congrats!

      Delete
    6. Ildie, I'm EB3 phils I was married when we applied yet they put my maiden name in my fee bill what will I do next? Do I have to write for them to change it to my married name? Will it affect the processing?

      Delete
    7. I believe you are ok. Just save and keep your copy for your future reference. That is not the only evidence that they will require and all your documents will reconcile. If they will ask again for the said fee, just show it. They are the one who makes the receipt. Just make it sure that the references in your fee were the same references with your approval notice. You are still outside the US right? Please refer the NVC process as shown in the link as guide here by Amazon. And look also uscis website. Other than the I-485, there is another form that you need to submit I-824. If an immigration lawyer is working for you, better ask his guidance, if not study and carefully understand it. Ask question if you need. Wish you and your family good luck.

    2. To Ano of Aug 14 at 3:39 PM. Maybe between Oct to Dec 2014. My last crunching of the inventory figures is that EB3 Phil will be current before end of 2015 or early part of 2016. Yours is already there, hang on and prepare everything what is needed esp the money budget that is needed for the processing of papers. And please check with your employer/petitioner if the job is still available for you. One of the most important requirement for successful application for Adjustment of Status (I-485) to green card. I hope this one helps you. God Bless.

    3. Thanks so much for all the replies :)..im hoping that I will be part of October bulletin so that I don't need to renew my work visa next year (May2015)..praying for the best to come

    4. By November VB you will be current for sure. Better do your Medical and the rest of the family. And the budget for filing fees. If you have an immigration lawyer consult him. And if none, you can adjust your status by filing I-485. Read the instructions and the needed supporting documents specified in the Instructions. Remember there are different procedures while the applicant is inside in the US already, which processes is more easy, as compared to those applicants outside US which you need to know the processes in NVC. Check uscis.gov and some references in this blog as your guide. That is if you want to save the professional fees for a lawyer. Congratulations for those becoming current.
