        US family is waiting for adult single child 9 years and also separate.
        10 years ago was 2 years waiting time.
        We very respect the law so we are waiting but missing our sons and daughters every day.
        We hope this will be change soon .
        Employers visas are very expensive,not every one can pay for it.

        Hello to Everybody ,I found this on internet:

        Introduced in House (01/08/2015)
        Fairness for High-Skilled Immigrants Act of 2015
        Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to: (1) eliminate the per country numerical limitation for employment-based immigrants, and (2) increase the per country numerical limitation for family based immigrants from 7% to 15% of the total number of family-sponsored visas

        The number (2) shows like family based will by faster?
        I'm waiting for 1-130 F1

        So far only 3 weeks forward for F2A. I would like to say March 2015 F2a will be June 01 2013

        I have checked the annually report of FB, and here is the what I saw:
        FY2013: Total visas were issued 215,000 out of 226,000 (around unused 11,000 visas)
        FY2014: Total were 221,000 out of 226,000 (5,000 unused)
        FY2015: Why they dont add unused visas in past years to latest Fiscal Year! If that happens it will be helpful for everyone that is waiting their visas available.
        Thoughts?

          You are right. since uscis makes the big movements at the end of the fiscal year (around july-august-september), lots of visas are unfortunately wasted

          I think the reason to move faster is to melt yearly visa before end of fiscal year. As a result, no visas would be wasted. However, the risk is; if they move so fast then stops for a while...I assume F2A has high demand for the months August-September 2013. Because last year lots of people got married or applied for F2A since dates were Current in those months.....Let's hope 1.5 months progress every month and an 8 month jum in July or August...just pray...

          Yes but lot of people got interview in May 2014. So it's that no much application in those months after June. Also they put F1 unused visa to F2A

          People who started interviews in May 2014 are the people who has priority date before June 2013...

          Yes F1 unused visa would help but I don't know how government do those calculations...

          Okay those guys interviewed in may 2014 and then embassies told them, sorry no visa available for you you need to wait until your pd gets current.
          So nowadays, people who got interviewed in May 2014 are getting their greencards, because their PD are may 2013

          I am surprised by March visa bulletin ! Refer to what UScis director statement lately , I was expecting a big jump for FB category for this month but didn't happen ! Not quite sure what's going on right now with USCiS !

        According to visa journey member's timeline, someone with a Priority date of June 17th has gotten an interview date for March which means visa bulletin would advance UPTO June 18th. From the pattern of visa bulletins, cut off dates are usually 01 or 08 or 15 or 22 of the that month, since it is past 15th, am only making a wild guess that it might be June 22 or July 01 2013 for March VB. By Monday or Tues we shall know for sure, but till then, these are only assumptions. Am hopeful, it would make us smile. Good luck. ​

        It will 8October2013 next F2A visa bulletin. Bczz 8september2013 application people got visa already bczzz it's stranded 8months of 8september2013.
