March 2014 Demand data

Demand data is used by DOS to calculate the monthly visa bulletin dates. If you are not familiar with demand data, please see this article: What is Demand Data?

March 2014 Demand Data has been released. Please see details below.

As most of you know, they did not release demand data from December 2013 to February 2014.

*No totals have been listed in the categories where the vast majority of demand is being received during the course of each month. Therefore, the listing of any totals would be completely misleading.

    1. I-485 adjustment of status application processing (adjudication) at the Texas Service Center (TSC) is trending from the USCIS 4 month target to 5+ months.

    1. Something not normal is happening. It seems like a change in their internal strategy. All the I-485 cases appear to be frozen. You can note that in the GC-Tracker (on this blog). Up to Dec-2013, most of the approved cases were below 4 months, but now, the waiting times are increasing dramatically. Amazon, do you have an idea of what can be happening ?

  4. EB-3 Philippines Data shows demand is 300...if there is an allocation of 2802/country/year then is there a possibility that there will be a big jump for EB-3 Phils?

  5. March 2014 Demand Data for EB3 Philippines is 1550 for pre-adjudicated and consular processing prior to Dec 2013.Does it mean that VB EB3 Philippines will become CURRENT since 2808 visas is allocated in every year and demand data above is LESS THAN alloted for my country, please EXPLAIN IF MY ASSUMPTION IS WRONG.

  6. EB3 VB Philippines will become CURRENT soon since the Demand Data is less than the country allocation per year otherwise they are not publishing the TRUE demand data as given above...there's no other explanation if the DEMAND IS LESS THAN AVAILABLE VISA per year then no other choice but to become current.

  7. Demand Data for EB3 Philippines prior Dec 2013 is 1550 - 2808 GC/year equal
to1258 visa in excess means that VB will become current soon.I agree to this assumption for now...please clarify if possible.
