March 2014 Demand Data has been released. Please see details below.
As most of you know, they did not release demand data from December 2013 to February 2014.
*No totals have been listed in the categories where the vast majority of demand is being received during the course of each month. Therefore, the listing of any totals would be completely misleading.

4+ or you mean 6+ months to process I 485?
ReplyDeleteI-485 adjustment of status application processing (adjudication) at the Texas Service Center (TSC) is trending from the USCIS 4 month target to 5+ months.
DeleteAgree. My Receipt Date (EB3ROW - TSC) is 9/11/13. Still waiting after almost 5 months. No news yet, cannot even open SR

ReplyDeletedemand data for March has been released, can you update your blog with your analysis
DeleteI filed in june2013. Eb 3 row. Can't believe that Uscis keep moving dates without approving applications. I came from place has no violence and have master degree in US. It's been 8months already.
ReplyDeleteSomething not normal is happening. It seems like a change in their internal strategy. All the I-485 cases appear to be frozen. You can note that in the GC-Tracker (on this blog). Up to Dec-2013, most of the approved cases were below 4 months, but now, the waiting times are increasing dramatically. Amazon, do you have an idea of what can be happening ?
DeleteDid you get your EAD/AP at least?
DeleteEB-3 Philippines Data shows demand is 300...if there is an allocation of 2802/country/year then is there a possibility that there will be a big jump for EB-3 Phils?
ReplyDeleteyes
DeleteMarch 2014 Demand Data for EB3 Philippines is 1550 for pre-adjudicated and consular processing prior to Dec 2013.Does it mean that VB EB3 Philippines will become CURRENT since 2808 visas is allocated in every year and demand data above is LESS THAN alloted for my country, please EXPLAIN IF MY ASSUMPTION IS WRONG.
ReplyDeleteEB3 VB Philippines will become CURRENT soon since the Demand Data is less than the country allocation per year otherwise they are not publishing the TRUE demand data as given above...there's no other explanation if the DEMAND IS LESS THAN AVAILABLE VISA per year then no other choice but to become current.
ReplyDeleteDemand Data for EB3 Philippines prior Dec 2013 is 1550 - 2808 GC/year equal
ReplyDeleteto1258 visa in excess means that VB will become current soon.I agree to this assumption for now...please clarify if possible.
For EB3 Philippines, please see this:
