      Nvc take 60days to complete your case so think about when your pd will be current.

    F2A 30Sep2013. I received last week an email from NVC to pay the fees and I did at the same day. I hope it goes fast. As soon as I get any update I will post here. Good luck for all.

    Processing time will be at least in 2months, which means that If you paid fees now then your PD will become current in the next couple months. Example, you said your PD is 30september2013, then your PD will
    be current in May2015

      It will not effect the changes were made in legal immigration system because it is called adminstrative reform. Texas court decision only going to hold the DAPA and Extension Of DACA. And Adminstrative reform which you are stating is not done yet. It will be come into act on 22 march 2015 after president issues the changes

    NVC will contact you early 2-3 months before your PD is able to become current. In this case, they only contact who has PD in July, August and Sept 2013.

      My priority date is March 17th, 2014 and I got my NVC case number around July 2014. If they have not contacted you, call the NVC and they will provide you with the case number.

      Soon they will start processing June, 2013 PDs. Be patient, you still have some Months ahead. My spouse's PD is 4 NOV 2013, F2A. We have not received any instruction to start the NVC processing.

      My case is at vermont service center : PD 14th of May 2014..
      Vermont Service Center is taking to long process to approve I-130.
      Still I dnt get any update about my I-130 Approval..how long it will take to be approve and how long do i have to wait for my visa interview at NVC?

    Does anyone with a case in "Vermont Service Center" get his/her "Welcome Letter" with a PD after OCT 2013? Any guess how long should we still wait for this approval letter?

    Also is there any website which we can check their progress in issuing "approval letters" in that fuc*g service center? After a whole year I don't even know whether they've accepted my case or not! I'M SO PISSED OFF!

    Guys, if you fill F2A then you are already in US so you dont have to pay fees or contact from NVC, you will be fill I485 when PD is current in US, thats why some of you have PD in August, Sept, Oct 2013 that have not been contacted by NVC

      I received no email to inform me when to file DS261, but i keep asking them by email for update of my case. But i receive nothing from them. I got ID invoice number from them for long time ago, and keep checking it to the website ceac.state.gov, but nothing appears. Till yesterday, i checked again when i heard that a guy with PD on 27th Nov, got DS261 done. Thus, i logged in and filled out the form DS261. I couldn't go ahead and pay the fee so far, maybe i have to wait for NVC processing. Any idea?

      it is not true. it will not move fast. they cant give green card to f2a spouse before citizen spouse. Citizen spouse need to wait in foreign country for at least 1 year. IT IS THE LAW.

      I saw all comments that one guy received mail that pd is 28january 2014.I am confused that they sent them email just pay fees. If they will not send mail for what to do next after 5 day is that means they put on hold your petition for further processing. If your pd meet close to current pd after that they will mail you what to do next .

    i tried to pay the AOS fee, but it keep telling me there was error as following,
    Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerParserErrorException: The message received from the server could not be parsed. Common causes for this error are when the response is modified by calls to Response.Write(), response filters, HttpModules, or server trace is enabled.

    I blessed the day I found and joined this forum. Amazon God bless you for giving us updates of how nvc works. More power to your elbow. And for my friends in this forum thanks for giving us hope by letting us know how far nvc have gone with our cases. I got my welcome letter today to start processing my case. Pd 28jan2014. Hopeful you all will get your at the right time but give them calls and email them to follow up things I guess it helps and fasten issues. I will still let you all know how far I have gone when am done processing my case. Do not give up friends.

      Emailing them and calls is more faster but if u sit down and expect them reach you......friend it takes by the grace of God. Disturb them through phone calls and emails. Again it takes post offices a long time to deliver stuffs sent via them.......don't be surprised that your package has been stuck with a particular post office. So if u call nvc they might tell u they have sent a package for you. Pls dnt give up......keep trying and calling, emailing. Good luck.
