        1. this has happened previously in 2011,2008 & 2003 for f4 catogery u can check in visa bulletin movement on www.immihelp website.however in 2011 the files of india, china & REST OF THE WORLD have been taken backward by 2YRS but at present in 2016 india have been taken backward by 2.6yrs, china by 6mths & rest of the world moved forward by one month. Moreover by observing past data ,we can assume that in 1 year india ,china & rest of the world Action date(current date) will become same as F4 catagory files will be processed very fast.i have searched websites this happens when no of applicants increases then numerical limits of the world.

        2. Preference numbers has required the retrogression of the final action date for the month of September. This action has been taken in an attempt to hold number use within the Worldwide preference numbers annual limit. When the final action dates for these countries are announced for October, the first month of fiscal year 2018, they will be returned to the final action dates which had been established for August.

      12. However, can someone please tell me a justifiable reason for such retrogression?

      13. Can anyone give me advice. My husband and daughters PD is 1st Dec 2014, I have a re-entry permit until 25th July 2015. Judging by latest visa bulletin there's no way husband & daughter will get interview in time. Any advice for me going in and out of the USA? I will be going for a week at end of July, will I have issue getting in again afterward? Any help here would be appreciated.
