  1. Hi, my priority date for EB3 Philippines is March 2007, do you think there would be good news for us before the year ends?

    1. PD could possibly reach around Dec 1, 2006 by end of the year. We are waiting for updates from Visa Office on further date movements.

  2. Hi, Amazon! For EB3-ROW what are the chances that it is going to retrogress in August or September or the trend of moving forward 4-6 months will continue?

    1. It is too early for Aug/Sept movement. In July VB we are expecting around 5-6 months movement in EB3 ROW.

  5. hi Amazon.
my PD for EB3 ROW is Sept 4,2008 so should be reached in July VB.
However my greatest concern is that as a result of the long retrogression, my employer is no longer willing to employ me coz he says the institution had to look for some one else.
I have been advised that my attorney will have to look for a new employer and file a new I-140 form. Kindly advice me:
    1. should this be the case or what are the other easy options?

    2. what are the chances of succeeding in filling a new I-140 form after securing a new employer?

    3. Will this delay the process if at all I get a new employer immediately?

    1. 0. Since your PD is likely to be current in July, you can tell that to your employer and asked them to reconsider. Tell them they only have to wait for around 2 weeks till July VB.

      1. If you switch employers, you would have to start the process again. Though you can retain your old PD.

      2. If its a good employer, then you should be fine.

      3. Since you have to start from scratch, it could take a while to go through PERM and I-140 process.

  6. hi,

is there something like a "premium I-140 application" and how does it work in the event you secure a new employer different from the one who filed your petition?
