        my pd Nov 6th 2013, completed June 22nd 215, haven't received interview letter yet!! I don't know when? any prediction? two months after completion or more?

          My f2a pd 12 November 2013. I had completed ds-260 june 7 and civil documents submit before. But I did not get case complete notification yet.what can I do?

          Call NVC to check if your case is completed or if you got a checklist to submit more documents.

          Since you have a November priority date then you could get your interview as soon as a week or two after you get your case completed. Call NVC.

          Yes. My PD is March 17th and was completed on June 30th which was about 25 days after my scan date. If that time has passed then call NVC since their emails tend to come about a week after they actually complete your case.

          Then your case will be completed soon. By scan date I mean the date in which the NVC actually put in your documents to the system after receiving them. The scan date can be known through the email that they sent you to notify you that they received your documents or you can call them and ask them.

          When your priority date becomes current. you will be adjusting status by filing i-485 to the USCIS. you need to let the NVC know that you are adjusting status if you haven't yet.

          You send these things when you file along with the form. The form instructions tells you exactly what to include. You will also file form i-131 which is a travel document and form i-765 which is the employment authorization form.

          Maybe what you sent were the documents pertaining to the i-130. I would definitely ask your lawyer before sending anything else.

        Priority date: 10 Jan 2014, case completed just one week ago on 31 July, today i had received my interview date over the phone, interview on 14 Sep 2015....Thanks God..., Good luck to every one....

          I don´t know if my case is completed. How I could know?
          I haven´t received any notice saying when I will have the interview...
          I am from Spain so I assume that my interview will be at the Embassy....

          Call the NVC if your case has been completed. If you sent your documents and filled out your DS-260 more than a month ago, then it probably is. If it is indeed complete then there is a possibility you might get an interview letter before the end of the month since I heard a couple people got theirs this week, but they had November priority dates. What you need to do is call NVC at the end of this month to find out if they scheduled your interview for the month of September.

        Will look forward for your comments or suggestion which will be helpful to us.

        Let me brief you our case:

        Our PD is Nov 25,2013 paid all the fees and submitted all the civil and AOS documents to NVC and due to the system error we received a checklist of DS260 and finally able to submit on July 8, 2015. However we are yet to receive our CC.

        Back in June we wrote an email to NVC to change the embassy this is due to currently i am working here in Abu Dhabi, UAE and last week we received an email from NVC that our case number and embassy has been changed which i was not expecting.

        Currently its been more than 30 days and whenever we call to NVC they aren't giving us proper feedback.

        Could you please suggest us what shall we do further to whom shall we follow up.

          So what is the NVC actually telling you? Maybe the change in case number is delaying your CC.

          As per them its already crossed 30 days and on August 12 they have forwarded the case to supervisor review and been advised wait till 42 days!!

          You submit fnancial and supporting documents to NVC if you haven't. If you did that already then you can only wait until they complete your case.

        Hi all

        I am pretty new to the process, can someone help me with my questions. Here's my case:

        I am a greencard holder and applied greencard for my spouse(he's in usa only). priority date : sept 2014

        Once the visa bulletin date reaches sept 2014 (which is far i know), what would be the next steps, I did contact my lawyer he said next steps would be apply for adjustment status, after 3 to 8 months interview and then if the visa is available at the time of interview he will get greencard, I didnt understand the part if the visa is available at the time of interview, what does that mean? If someone can answer the question that would be very helpful
