    This sucks. The prediction said 01AUG12 for EB-ROW so I was getting excited. My PD is June 3rd...

      It does! Mine is in mid-September 2012, EB-3 ROW. Hopefully the dates won't retrogress in post-March VBs.

      All of you... Relax! ;-) Dates will not retrogress. And, albeit I understand you want to GCs Now... just keep in mind that in the past 12 Months the VB has progressed over 5 years. Just think that people who were EB 3 ROW with dates in 2007 got their GCs in August or so. Each case is different.. but your 2 yr waits are nothing compared to 6 yrs others waited.

      Hi anonymous 1, if you look at the quick summary section, the estimates was 2-5 months for EB3 ROW and it moved by 2 months.

      Before that, the estimate for EB3 ROW was 4-6 months and it moved by 6 months.

    Is the latest demand data out yet? Otherwise any prediction will have to depend on a lot of heuristics.

      You are correct. I have to use that algorithm, especially for FB category since they do not release either inventory or demand data.

    Hey Amazon! I know the accelerated movement for EB3-ROW shouldn't be expected to continue past February. But can we still expect them to continue moving forward one month every month, i.e. at the regular rate?

      Hi anonymous, it is likely that EB3 ROW is nearing the limit of its annual quota. So it may not move at all. The latest data from USCIS/DOS would give more details. The current data is more than 90 days old.

    How fast case is normally approved after its assigned to adjudicating officer? Does that mean that case review is done as well as background checks and its pending final review?

      The current I-485 processing time is 4 months in both service center. Checkout the GC tracker to see how long it actually takes.

    wow, i am current!!! I was planning to quit and find an employer for Eb2 up until couple months ago... Good luck guys, hopefully forward movement will at least continue.

      You may have to wait a while. They said the cutoff dates will advance more slowly after February.
