        Illegal are most preferred than legal immigrants, separating husband and for more than two years is not fair, heart breaking to many families, dividing husband and wife is a Law ? Permanent resident suffering today, other non immigrant visa is better they are staying with their families.. really unbelievable procedure....

        If you really concerned about f2a wait time and been suffering than sign this petition rather than abuse others. It really make difference. Executive action is also a consequence of lots of protest. if this petition reached out 100k sign or nearby that number they will take action at least they will tell NVC to speed up the procedure

          There is no point in sitting here and crying for the VB. We all F2A folks need to unite and sign the petition. If we can at least get few thousand signatures it will get the attention. I have the following action items:
          1. Sign the petition. Ask everyone you know to sign it whether F2A or not.
          2. Write emails and letters to your senators and representatives, and the white house. I can compose a sample letter and send to those interested.
          3. Please let us all come out of anonymous postings and have some IDs or names
          4. Let us emphasize that legal permanent resident (LPR) status is the only one that does not allow spouses to unite. All other visa types and status lets spouse unite almost immediately.
          5. If the process takes longer due to visa numbers, let us ask for a temporary visa that lets our spouses come and live with us until the F2A petition is completed.

          Please give your ideas and lets to do some action. Thanks.

          I have sent letters to the president, congresswoman, and both senators from my state, requesting them to address the family separation issue and backlogs in F2A visa category.

          All of you please consider doing the same instead looking for visa bulletin after visa bulletin. If enough number of applicants contact their law makers, we may get help.
