        Per Charles Oppenheim predictions, the movement is for F2A is only 3 to 6 weeks until May 2015 bulletin.

          That's not true. NVC in February visa bulletin used the word Potential Monthly Movement of 3 to 4 weeks. This means that it can change at any time as it did in March bulletin. Instead of moving 3 to 4 weeks as predicted, it moved for 6 weeks. So no one can correctly predict what the coming bulletin will be.

          I am not sure that F2A will move 3 to 6 weeks per previous guidance on movement as you said. You can not use what happened sometime ago to ascertain what is coming in future. Circumstances change. So no one can say for sure what the movement will be. Just be patience and wait until the bulletin gets released. NVC also do miss their predictions, that's why they say " POTENTIAL MONTHLY MOVEMENT"

        We surely know that at least F2A will move up to 1st August 2013. But basic on pre-process emails that NVC sent to applicants that PD around January 2014, we can hope that VB is possible around January as well.

        Not now in May or after May it will be January 2014 bczz nvc take 60days to complete that case.I think April visa bulletin will be 8 August 2013 or if less application in August so it will move 15august2013. After May visa bulletin will be Sep 15 2013 or 22 Sep 2013.

        In 2013 October visa bulletin was 08 September2013 . People pd before that they already finished nvc process but there are no visa bulletin current for those people.

        My PD is August 6, and I did not get an IL yet. By the way, I hope April VB will move to August 8 because the DOS is unpredictable in its process. In addition, we just had 6 weeks jump in March VB so April will be the same.

        Lets hope for the best.. I miss my husband so much.. I wish its moving fast.. But im tensed now because in my tax return documents mine is filed as single.i wonder if thats going to be an issue.hopefully not.i cant stand this separation torture.

          Hardik you may mistaken the whole process very wrongly.. It doesnt not only depends how many applicants get case complete...NVC sent the welcome letter to jan 2014 filers to find out the demand for the big jump...And there are lots of applicants in f2a which get their case converted in CR1 coz of spouse's naturlization... So anyone cant predict visa bulletin at all

          And So many applicants in f2a does not pay their nvc fee until their priority date becomes current becouse of their spouse gonna be citizen in few months so this leads to retrogression after big jump.

          F1 has a years of backlog which means very high demand.. spill over means to ensure all the f2a visas has been given from the fiscal year quota which means they can 114,200 visas every fiscal year to f2a category not more than that... S0 obama's executive action will make sure every year 114200 visas will be given because every year around 1000 visas has been wasted and there are so many reasons behind that like naturalization or rejection due to lack of supporting documents in interview and slow procedure by applicants even their priority date becomes current

        Some people are getting theirs Welcome letter, that´s Sept,Oct,Nov, Dec 2013 and january 2014. We can expect move fordwar in advance next VB. My PD Dec 02 2013, I paid AOS fee but I am unable to pay IV fee, Also I can acces to fill DS-260. We (me and my wife) will send our IV packet today.

        F2A sucks, only 1 month!!!.They send letters to folks with PD Jan 2014 but advance the visa bulletin to 01 aug 2013. No one can understand the DOS logic on the visa bulletin. They must be using an Einstein algorithm to calculate the dates.

          Nvc send welcome it's means you have to prepare for next step also it's means that your pd will be close to current. I think May or June it's will be big movement in F2A. I saw every year visa bulletin if visa bulletin moved slowly couple of months such as sep to May after May will be big movement also big movement in July and August. So I hope after 1 months will be good news for F2A

          I said PD. Visa bulletin can't reach to Jan while there is still people with pd of October that they cases have not approved yet. So probably next visa bulletin would be moved again ~1 month, not more.

          Every year visa limited visa available in family category so it doesnt mean your case not approval yet than visa bulletin will be move slowly. Let's see your case will approve this month after nvc take 42 days to get your case number. So don't worry if your case pending than don't matter with nvc it's uscis case

          For uscis receipt number same as case number ... California service center start with WAC , Vermont service center start with EAC

        they wont process the cases of all 3 months together...they never did and will never do. they just made a jump in F2A to increase the demand, then after they retrogress it twice of jumped files

        If anyone apu AOS fees just wait for 1week for pay IV fees if longer than thay please call NVC bczz sometimes system error. You will not look at on online. So please call nvc
