    Only 4 weeks, I will expect more than that, because In August 2013 VB Sept filer completed your process, It was current then there was retrogress, so they only wait visa avaible in coming months.

      I guess it is too early to receive IL from NVC. My PD is Aug-6,2013, and Im sure that NVC will be sending ILs by the end of this month or beginning of next month. Thanks for any update.

    hey guys my priority date is 8th oct 2013 payed my IV fees two weeks ago online and it is showing in process is that normal.
    I have called NVC twice they keep telling me processing is running slow.
    Is anyone else experiencing thses issues.

    My F2A pd is October, 16, 2013. I went for a interview back to August 2014, a week after that I received a letter saying " Your eligible pd had retrogressed and my aplication will be monitored by visa availability Unit in USCI and when current, will be processed to completion". What should I do when my pd is available? Anyone can help me?

    PD: Dec 02, 2013 and Today NVC sent us a letter saying that they have received our IV packet, so we just hopping to be able to pay IV, they are taking more time than usual. Also they explained us we should wait 60 days before we´ll can receive any notification fro them... Thanks!!!!

      If you paid AOS after week IV fees open for you. If not please call nvc. If you submit document in nvc before pay iv fees it's fine.

    My PD is April 27,2008 F2B ,All Chargeability Areas paid IV and AOS fees and submit documents , NVC had email me to let me know that they have receiced my documents on January 16, 2015 and should give them at least 60 days from date received and I have not heard from them I need to know what I should do since the 60days has passed.

    I hope May Vb will move 5-6 weeks n make my PD 09-Sep-13 current. My case was completed on 10Jan-14 n since then I'm waitin fo my IL.

      This depends on the workload on U.S Embassy where your interview will take place. No one can give you a specific time frame. Don't let anyone deceives you by telling you 4 to 8 weeks.

      My PD is march 10th, 2014. Don't worry about that. No one for it from Vermont service center since October 2013, and it rally doesn't matter when you get that letter. The only important thing is you PD. But anyway, my guess is we will get our letter probably in 4 or 5 months.

      For those of you that have received case transferred emails, it is mostly good news. It appears that the Vermont center has not approved any I-130 petitions in almost an year where as California center as approved them quickly (my I-130 was approved in 20 days in April 2014 from California service center). Looks like NVC is getting ready to send further processing emails to F2A with PD Jan to Mar 2014 applicants. They need the I-130s approved prior to that. If my guess is correct all those I-130 that are being transferred will be approved within next 30 days. Good luck.

    05/08/2014 - Interview date (received the green slip 221g form)

    How long is NVC taking right now to complete cases.
    I sent all documents on the 23rd march they sent a letter saying they got it.
    My priority date is 8th october 2013 .
    I hope my priority date is current in MAY OR JUNE.

    my case is under F2A category, my PD is march 2014, I got my NOA1 (I-130 application receipt notice) and (NOA2 = I-130 approval notice), so what is my next steps? when I should expect to have the interview or when I should pay the fee, etc

    I think Nvc dint sent IL in last 2 days, due to weekend. N they wl start sending ILs from today again.

    I'll update you guys if I receive it. My PD is 09-Sep-2013. CC date is 10-Jan-2014.

      My pd is August 6, but I still did not receive my IL yet. However, some folks whose pd's are 28,29 and 30th August got their IL. Honestly, I do not understand how NVC proceed the IL scheduling.

      Each time I call NVC, the agent does not want to give further information about May VB or IL. The agents keep saying they are processing June 22 visa.
      Please, how did you know that they are not sending IL to Sep fillers?
