Amazon, I hope your prediction for EB3 ROW is incorrect but it is pretty much in line with what Charles O had said. :-(
ReplyDeleteYeah, the estimates for EB3 ROW was 0 to 2.5 months and it moved by 3 months.
DeleteHey Amazon,
DeleteJust curious what is going to happen next bulletin. I know its early to predict but are there any chances of retrogression for EB3ROW?
Most likely it is to going to remain at this date.
DeleteTrying to predict the dates is next to impossible. :-)
DeleteIt is very hard to provide exact dates for all categories without real time data. The data available is around 4+ months old. Hence a range would be the best case scenario. :)
DeleteIs EB2 India moving forward around 4 yrs?
ReplyDeleteAs per your news:
ReplyDeleteEB2 India: For fiscal year 2014, EB India has a base quota of around 2,802 visas. In addition it will receive spillovers from FB and other EB categories. This could result in dates moving forward by around 4 years. We have added a blog post about this few weeks back.
Is this moving around 4 yrs in March bulletin?
No, come back in 3-4 months.
DeleteFor EB2 India, please see this:

Amazon, what do you mean by "This year DOS is using a different strategy of allotting visas at beginning of fiscal year instead waiting till last quarter. This directly affected EB2 India and EB3 India." Do you expect EB2 India dates to move BIG in March Visa bulletin?

ReplyDeleteNot yet. Also please see this blog post:

Hello Amazon!
ReplyDeleteWe just checked the Visa Bulletin for March 2014, but the following paragraph confused us:
"NOTE: For March, F2A numbers EXEMPT from per-country limit are available to applicants from all countries with priority dates earlier than 15APR12. F2A numbers SUBJECT to per-country limit are available to applicants chargeable to all countries EXCEPT MEXICO with priority dates beginning 15APR12 and earlier than 08SEP13. (All F2A numbers provided for MEXICO are exempt from the per-country limit; there are no F2A numbers for MEXICO subject to per-country limit.)"
Our PD is May 16th, 2013 (spouse from Costa Rica), we got NOA2 and we received our case number from NVC yesterday. Do we have to worry about it? I think we will complete the AoS and next steps this month, but will NVC schedule the interview at the US consulate even if there's a F2A retrogression in the following months?
Thank you so much in advance for your response.
No worries, they will set up interview till visa is available. I have also replied to your question in the forum. :)
DeleteWhat do you think will happen to EB3 Philippines? Any hope that it will move a bit faster?
ReplyDeleteYesss!! Finally current in Eb3!!!!
ReplyDeleteEB3 Philippines for April?
ReplyDeletecrazy… amazon, do you expect that F2A retrogresses at some point like Mexico?
ReplyDeleteF2A for Mexico DID retrogress A LOT.
What is your prediction about F2A retrogression worldwide?
Yes. Mexico retrogression was expected. Please see this blog post:
