OFLC Extends Special Relief for Sandy Hurricane Victims Relating to the Labor Certification Process

The Office of Foreign Labor Certification has released announcement and Q&A for relief available for those who suffered from the Sandy Hurricane and faces problems and delays in labor certification process.
