      If your priority date is before than the cut-off date according to the monthly Visa Bulletin, your case is current.

    Hi Amazon,
    why you are assuming no movement in EB3 ROW?
    if there is no movement in EB3 ROW that mean that DOS has assigned all of the available quota to all pending applicant before APR11 which i highly doubt, i expect the dates to move forward in SEP bulletin, how many months is the question for sure, i expect between 2 to 6 months then it should resume advancing rapidly OCT visa bulleting onward, wouldn't you agree?

    We're all hoping F2A for Mexico and other countries will move forward in the October 2014 VB. USCIS needs to put more emphasis on family reunification.

      it can move forward from October bulletin, but will be in very slow pace. like 2 to 4 weeks per month. it is only if it moves.

    Sept 2014 bulletin, PD for eb3 phil will match eb3 row's PD which is 01APR11.
    And for Oct 2014 bulletin, I expect a leap of 1 year for eb3 row and eb3 phil. That will make it April 2012.

    i am under eb3 philippines, my pd is feb 4, 2008, my pd is current as of july 2014 visa bulletin and still up to now i haven't receive a mail or email from nvc.

    anyone here who already received mail or emal from nvc, for those who have current pd's when july 2014 vb was released?

      Hi! we are on the same situation my pd is july 07,2008, I'm still waiting for the nvc fee bill, my employer advised me to prepare the needed documents while waiting..with my friend, she received the nvc fee bill 2 weeks from the time her PD becomes current

    Family Second Preference "A" (FB2A) Likely to Advance Soon

    Chief Oppenheim predicts that the long-stagnant FB2A cutoff dates will move forward in September 2014. As of the August 2014 Visa Bulletin, the FB2A cutoff date stands at March 15, 2011 for Mexico, and May 1, 2012 for all other countries of chargeability. In the upcoming September 2014 Visa Bulletin, these dates could advance, "possibly as far as late fall 2012."

    My son's PD is 20 July 2008 for the F2B category, chargeability area India. With the current PD for F2B being 1 July 2007, I would like to know when NVC might start sending out my fee bills and other documents? Can I expect to receive them over the next couple of months?
