      10. My friends PD is Apr 2014 and mine is Aug 2013 but she already received a letter for interview this coming feb. Called NVC but could not give me any answers.

          USCIS is just an administrative branch of DHS. USCIS does not have or impose laws. The federal and local governments do. Predictions are not "illegal" under any laws.

        Why people trust unknown Alien / ghost / aka "jerk" person blogs who not a part of any USA immigration systems, not a part of any USA Attorney body or immigration related news. I completely do not agree to post whatever this person owner of blog wants..!! follow Murthy blogs that's genuine and also created by attorneys.
        People here reading are jerks and who open this blog that also jerk, information many time 100% wrong (except visa priority dates provided by Visa bulletin). all prediction by this blog previously 100% wrong.

There are only comments about EB so they will just make chnages in EB. Movement is very slow as we can see in february bulletin Please instead of you cry and tel your pain here than make your comment there. This is the last chance

      25. Feb 2015 bulletin gives the date for EB3 India is 22nd Dec, does that include cases till 2nd Dec or till 21st Dec? According to your GC tracker it says if my date is 22nd Dec it will become current in March 2015.

      26. My PD 13 jan 2014. I have received an email for the payment of IV and AOS fees. When I tried to pay online, its saying that "your case is in the process of termination and cannot pay fees online and online form can no longer be accepted and contact NVC".

        Any expert opinion ??
