    They just put their expectation for one month, I think F2A will till Feb 01, 2014 in June Bulletin...., Most of the applicants with PD Sep 2013 - Jan 2014 had completed their case at NVC, Feb - March 2014 applicants had started their NVC process now..., it means F2A will take a big jump.....

      Every year they take a big jump for F2A , this year 2015 from Oct - May, F2A had just moved forward for 7 Months very low movement took in this year.., they will take a big jump in this month most probably........

    I am seek and tired of people coming to this forum everytime talking about big jump for F2A as if the are visa bulletin makers yet each time visa bulletin comes out is either 3 or 4 weeks for f2a. after seeing that their prediction was wrong, they won't stop there instead they will start saying big jump for f2a in June maybe in July.......for God sake!!! Can you guys stop giving people heart attack with this wrong predictions and wait for visa bulletin to come out then everyone will see by themselves.

    US Citizen must wait for children 10 years?
    Is more citizens but same numbers visas?
    Before was 2 years.
    Before US citizen was important person.
    Today first are employers people and permanent residents.
    But our children can't come here and work during Green Card processing.
    We must make combinations with Visas to be together ?
    Family Based does,t work,can't be separate with children many many years.
    I was hoping our President will help for US citizens separate family.But it is worst now than 10 years ago.
    I still can't believe it.

      I am from EB2 employer category, I dont know much about family based..its impossible for me to live without my children..and i guess for anyone..
      so one thing i dont understand..i assume you became citizen by immigration..and not born in USA..so at that time when you were becoming citizen then why you did not apply for childrens too..
      and if you did not apply then..then obviously you may be living without them already for long time while you were becoming citizen..

      Yes you are right .I married American on 2003.
      When I got Green Card I invited my daughters for visit.
      They was here around 2 month.
      We was crying so much when was coming time good bye.
      This was 2005.
      I didn't have money to pay University in US for my daughters.
      We decided if they will study in Europe and I promised them after 5 years study they will come to me to America.
      I know the waiting tome on I-130 for green Cards holders was 6 years but US citizen is waiting 2 years for children.
      I didn't make petitions for my daughters because they was study on University,I was waiting for their finish school.
      I was thinking if I will be US citizen I will wait for my daughters no more than 2 years!
      But time is changing for very worst in Family Based and now is 10 years.
      Yeas I'm separate with my children already 14 years and i will be 8 more years I think!
      Our hearts are broken.
      I want the best for my children,but the fact I'm US citizen doesn't help!
      I have no money to pay H1B for two girls.
      My American husband is going to retiring.
      I don't see good future for my live.
      I have only his American family but no one from my family.People don't believe my children waiting in Europe and they can't be with me.

      This bloody system is turning into a nightmare for true American citizens and their families. Recent immigration reform fiasco was to help thieving illegal immigrants who jumped the fence and made tunnels across the border or unload their babies in to claim citizenship as if it's their birth right or something. Also increase in the h1 visa category is to help big corporations to employ recruit slave labor from India and reduce the quality of life in this country by paying them low salaries to unqualified engineers. Best example for a crisis in h1 visa is the number of applications filed for h1 this year has crossed a record of 230,000 applications half of them are duplicate applications from consultancies within usa and from India. Uscis turns a blind eye towards all these taking no action. It's high time to strengthen border patrol and prevent illegals from jumping the fence from Mexico border and create a crisis here in usa. Immigration should be legal and should stop employers from fraudulent Practices to increase profits and save this millions abroad in Swiss banks. Find these consultancies, cancel their e verification and stop them from doing business like this. Most of the consultancies run by Indians are Creating fake resumes and fake profiles to get the h1 worker here.

      You are asking too much.....be patient for a while nvc said give them 45 days which is roughly two months or less. This is not even two weeks or three weeks stuffs yet you kept asking for this same questions.....most people that finished with their nvc steps it took them like one good month to get a document like police certificate, some have not even completed with sending documents. Please I urge you to be patient and stop being too worried. If their is any progress we will still bring it up here for everyone to know. Please calm down. Keep calling nvc for your case till when they are done reviewing they will get back to us.......!!!!!

    Not big movement in June bczz nvc didn't prepare for Vermont service center case so maybe after June or July will be big movement . Let's see if nvc will take 1months for those case then we have hope to big movement otherwise not

      People getting case complete does not mean the bulletin will jump to that date. Many people have had a case complete since like a year ago and they are still waiting. There will be a big movement, but I doubt it will be in June.

    I dont get the point of ppl saying big jump in next VB, cz of case's completed. Lot of ppl have their case completed for more than 1.5 years...n waiting fo iL's.

    My cc date is 10-Jan'14 n if iL's r given acc to CC dates...I'd hav been in US.

    So why ppl keep commenting..."big jump in next VB" cz lot of ppl hav their case completed.

    My motive is just to request ppl...dont give false hopes. Now it seems joke...big jumpppp.

      It's not joke my friend. U knew that vsc transfer all case in csc nd they approveled all cases in 2weeks now . Also last case approvaled who pd August 2014 . Do you think that they approveld almost all case who pd Nov 2013 to August 2014 or more . If uscis approvaled all cases then nvc ready for process.

    You got your case complete in jan 14 so you propabaly sep or oct 2013 filer.. Visa bulletin had cut off date sep 2014 for 10 months yeah 10 long months one year ago.. So for 10 months you were on the stage where your priority date was going to be current so you got your case completed... Dont compare yourselves with others coz sep and oct 2013 filers are the worst cases in whole immigration process history,,, NVC gave you the hope for visa for 10 long months and slammed retrogression on your face.. I know hoe painful was that so it make sense you cant be able to trust on any hope about visa bulletin but people who are saying visa bulletin gonna take a long jump are saying because of very slow movement in this very fiscal year and they are absolutely right.. These are not false hopes as NVC gave you for 10 months

      This years visa bulletin moved 8 months out of 8months nd usually every years move 14 or 16 months out of 12months .. so we have hope to move more than two months end of fiscal year.

      Helping is not a bad thing. But you should have a right knowledge and qualification to do so. Everyone is free to do whatever they want and so are you. Here is a small story:

      Once there was a physician. He had a dispenser in his clinic to dispense medicine to the patients according to his prescriptions. The dispenser thought that he could treat the patents also. So he left the physician and started his own clinic.
      One day his own son fell ill and complained of pain in the abdomen and nausea. The quack thought it to be due to dyspepsia and gave the medicine. The symptoms aggravated.     F2A category. i just called the NVC and i was told that my case is complete.Fortunately for me,i submitted my IV fee and supporting documents april 2nd and i was pretty amazed that my documents were reviewed and completed within two weeks. my PD is January 14,2014.

    I got a letter from NVC saying
    All documents necessary to complete NVC processing has been recieved
    when interview is schudule we will notify petitioner,applicant

    Is that the case complete letter

      I m serious mate, nothing shows up than your case was received and I called them yesterday they said Case is under processing, put through case enquire, I m supposed to get reply by 5 may.. Killing mate! I think your case was transfered one to another center.. Anyway thanks a lot for your reply

      Yes my case is transferred. As long as your case is under process you don't need to be worried. The only thing that masters is your PD. Good luck dude

    Sep 2013 and oct 2013 filers are the worst cases in whole immigration process history,,, NVC gave you the hope for visa for 10 long months and slammed retrogression

      Very true. They just put the applications on hold in the name of increasing demand and when it increased they retrogressed It to some date in early 2012. It was a heart breaking thing. This system is such a piece of shite. Even after the interview in 2014 I'm still waiting for one and half year for visa number. God save all of us.

    Hi everyone, im having a situation about DS-261 to where I filled it up April.4 and I just saw yesterday that I put my agent's city wrong that it should be Yonkers instead of New York. so what I did is I edit the form and sent it again and got the notification again like I had the first time. would it make a problem with our case that I sent DS-261 twice? plus its been quite a few days that we haven't received the IV fee though our AOS is been paid. hoping someone can enlighten me with this.

    This is so sad that no sept - jan filers got any interview letters.people giving false hopes of big jump.when is this going to happen.i wish it move to jan so that all get their interview letters and can be united with their family.

      it's not a false hope, because there is always one big jump at the end of the fiscal year and apparently they are making that jump earlier than that (there were a couple of blog posts about this.) The when is unknown, but it will certainly happen. This might happen in July, August, September, who knows. You can't really rely on predictions, they are not facts. This is a blog where people give their input, and are not professionals, so all you can really do is wait for the visa bulletins to be released.

      wait for visa fees to be available and check on ceac website everyday.when did you paid your aos fee?if its more than 2-3 weeks call NVC.my PD is jan 2014 and my case is completed.waiting for interview letter and priority date to be current.let gob bless all of us.

      You case should 'current' till next 3-4 months but DO NOT COUNT ON IT. nothing is predictable in this shitty system. It could be current in 2 months or in worst case even in 8.
