      Every case proceeds on applicant's convenience how fast you can go through all the steps, so sometime it happens when your PD is current but ur case is not completed yet

      I would like to explain how much money spend immigrant to send to another country during time waiting for adult children.
      The fly ticket for 2 children every year 2000 and 8 years is 16.000.This money is not spending in US,plus supporting ,plus Christmas gifts,birthday gifts,money help if they are sick,it is many reasons to sent money to different country.
      I think every immigrant waiting for family spend min 50 000. How many immigrants we have and how much money is going do different country.
      Adult children must work and support them self.
      But they are not.
      America lose money because there are there.

      If mubai embassy u dont need to submit pcc now .but u have to bring during interview please make sure with nvc bczz i heard form other people. I knew u can send both packages now .

      I'm on the same situation. My case was created on 5/4/15 and I haven't received the welcome letter, no access to DS-261 and no invoices issued. This is ridiculous. I call every 2 days and they say I have to wait, WAIT WHAT????

      This depends on your country of chargeability. If the U.S embassy in your country does not have available date to fix interview for you, NVC can not schedule you even if you PD is current.

    The sole family-based prediction offered was for the FB2A category, which is for spouses and (unmarried, minor) children of lawful permanent residents. Mr. Oppenheim noted that the FB2A worldwide cutoff date "…is expected to continue to advance slowly. It has been advancing a little faster, to maximize number use during the first three quarters of the fiscal year. There may be a slight slow-down as we move into the final quarter."

    First step fill the ds 261 wait for 2 days then next pay the AOS fee, next wait for one week pay the IV Fee, collect all the financial documents and civil documents mail to NVC both in different envelop...then after your case will complete in 30 days, then you will receive your Interview letter

    I have said this before......please don't come here and predict what you don't know frustrating people's lives although some people said the prediction is giving them hope but going back and forth saying big jump, unused visa to be used,your lawyer said, and now is there will be no big jump is going to be four or five weeks movement. You have predicted everything you know I guess the next thing left for you to say is retrogression starts by July.....God!!! Please stop all these predictions and just follow the visa bulletin prediction by Amazon . November priority date has gotten lL......you never can say what will happen next.       Yeah. It seems that it may take time fixing the issue. We called them couple of times but the answer is they don't know how long it will take to fix the issue.
      I would suggest to send fees via mail only. In this situation, it is best option rather than waiting. We also paid IV fees via mail only and waiting for DS260 as our case is not updated online since two weeks.

    This NVC processing could be frustrating! I was given a checklist on the 27th of April and I did the correction and sent back on the 1st and it got to them on the 4th. Already have 2n/a's, two completed and paid. But AOS was still paid and the checklist was because of it. Since I turned in the correction I never stopped calling to make sure case is reviewed on time but they kept saying it will be reviewed 4th of next month. I didn't give up calling yet, on the 20th I called and they said give 45days......i was like are you serious right now? Every other persons has been saying one month how come you said 45days to review just AOS alone???? On the 22 I called again the lady I spoke with said review completed......i was like wait a minute! When was it review she said 21th I thanked her....then I asked what is my interview date said give me one second.....you are F2A so wait till your pd is current. Yet AOS status is still paid and not n/a. I am still not comfortable with the whole thing planning to call again on the 26th for confirmation of case. This process is killing and she said they are still dealing with September folks based on the visa bulletin. Lord have mercy!!!

    I paid aos and iv fees and status is paid so when it 'll show n/a ? And i havent heard anything about my case . I called them last week to let them know its 30 days already so the person over phone said wait till couple more days and call again bcos they are reciveing large number of documents :(

    Is the issue with NVC fixed? I am asking if anyone has noticed something like error before and able to see the updated case status now. I have paid the fees and submitted the documents last week but the online status is only showing AOS fees paid. The link to pay IV fees is still not available. Any idea on this? (Although calling NVC, they replied, they have received our documents and IV fees is also processed.

    If anyone with same issue please reply with PD.

      If you have ever tried to check your status online recently, you will find out that NVC said something about applicants having difficulties paying online should send things to the embassy where you will be interviewed. Try check your case status and read that stuff.

    As we see people are getting thr welcome letter til june 14 priority date...i think next month it ll be 8 month movement...as they did before.....i hope so...i am waiting egarly..bcz my pd is feb 10th 14...i submited every thing to N.V.C 2 weeks before

      Let the US consulate know that you had a newborn, they will ask for his passport, birth certificate, medical, and photos to be presented the day of the interview. Your wife need to bring the baby to the interview too. No further paperwork. That's exactly my case and what I wrote was the answer of the consulate

      Done ds261 and aos fee invoice was sent to me together with my welcome letter...unfortunately My hubby who is my petitioner cannot pay online due to nvc system problem so he just sent the payment on the mail

      Thank u for the reply. They sent me the letter for aos fee as well but i couldent pay online either. Because until the fee invoice in their system cant pay the fee. So i called nvc to ask i should send it through mail but the representative didnt say anything about it. He only said their technical problem will fix soon..dont know what should i do!!

      You can quickly send the AOS fee to them by mail. Remember to include a copy of the invoice

    i'm EB3 Philippines. My IV application is completed while my documents is put on hold due to "document cover sheet" was not found in my account. I don't understand why they are having difficulty to post my "cover sheet"- have pity though it's the only thing that is lacking before i will submit my documents to NVC. Yes the technical problem they used to post is relevant due to large amount of documents they entertain however there is desperation inside me because I've waited 8 yrs that our PD become current and hastily made a jump backward over 7 yrs to retrogress the process. Lord Jesus Have Mercy on us. :(

    I have filed my case(i130 and 485 together as I'm is US) in F2A category in sep 19 2013. As per June 2015 Bulletin, my priority date is current. I have contacted Local USCIS ofifce and they said the file is witjh NBC since its retrogressed during my inverview(Aug 2014). But I can't contact NBC directly. Does anyone know whats the next step? What if they retrogress again in future? Is there anyway we can get the status on it? USCIS website doens't give any uptodate info, it just says Interview completed.

      Hi Aj same situation here. My PD is in the end of sept. Interview got over in feb 2014 and I130 is approved. You need to contact (call the customer service for case status)the USCIS and ask why your application is not approved yet as the priority date is current now. I am going through an attorney so I hope they will do the needful. USCIS doesn't give any updates as the PD was retrogressed during the interview. It sucks. You have plenty of time as the July visa bulletin shows current PD as November 8th. So nothing to worry until next month end. Contact them asap and initiate the approval process.

    So, I received the checklist from NVC via email which says; "You must submit the following financial evidence:
    [x] 2014 W-2 forms(s) or IRS Tax Transcript(s)."

    My question is, which is the best approach either resending the W2- forms only and that's it or I refilling the whole I-864 forms and include all financial evidence documents?

      Just send what you have to send, you can download and print the transcript from here. Don't forget to send back the checklist along with the IRS trascript.
