      How to check if case is completed or not ? i got this update on 28th may and i think this is case completion update

      All documentation necessary to complete the National Visa Center's processing of your case has been received. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner and attorney (if applicable) will be notified.

      The applicant should NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment until the US Embassy or Consulate General has issued a visa.

      The US Embassy or Consulate General may require additional documentation at the time of the interview.

      I hope USCIS will speed up the process for EB3 Philippines since it is very long waiting to process my papers. I think you wrote that you missed your application because visa bulletin moves very fast. If your priority date is Sep. 2009, you have not missed anything.     EB3 Phils on QUICK SUMMARY says 2-3+ weeks but date show 08 JUL 15. That's 11 years jump. Which is true? I hope it's the 08JUL15.

      It takes one month, your file have to move towards your country consulate, then they will verify and schedule a date and revert back to NVC, then NVC send you the interview letter

      It takes 3 to 6 months or more than a year some time, if you get your approval now, then also you have to wait for 18 to 19 months to get your priority date current... currently they are processing till 15 Dec 2013

    Yes, call. They will send you an email with case complete or checklist anyway but it will be about a week after they complete your case or issue a checklist in their sytem.

      google ''ceac application center'' and there you can log in with your case and invoice number...in there you will see an option to fill out your DS-260.

      Go to ceac website after login in too ..after ds260 ..in there u will see summary .. look into your spouse name row ds260 "not started" click on after that new window open in there ds260 "start " click on it ..good to go

      Thanks guys but still im confused i dont know this one ds 260 we just sent affidavit support and other documents last june 22 they said 30days for reviewing .. till now dont have response so im thinking maybe i need to fill up other form .. so thats mean wen i fill up ds 260 thats mean they start of processing of my visa ?       Just fill DS 260 asap.....since the time of reviewing your documents is already crossed. Just to avoid any check list for that which can trigger 30 days more for review your DS 260..what is your PD?

    FYI F2A category applicants who are waiting for more than one and half years for priority date to become current, your medical report is going to be expired soon and they might ask you for a RFE to send a new medical report. Recently it happened to me. Check your copy of medical report and confirm that it's not expired when your priority date becomes current.

    guys, i called nvc today. my pd is November 6th 2013, completed case June 22nd 2015.       Yes, you can call and if they have already scheduled your appointment they will say it to you. You can wait to get the email but it comes about 7 days after they actually schedule your appointment. If you are in no hurry, then you can wait.

    Hi all my pd is dec 23 2013 ., and I got checklist last week that I need to send PCC and 2 other documents., and it takes a month to get pcc in India, so will this time effect in scheduling my interview???

      Yes it will delay a lot, after you receive PCC then you will submit the document to NVC then they will take 30 days to review, after completing your case then your file will move to your country embassy there it will take one month to schedule the interview

      3-4 months delay 😳.... I think on visa bulletin of sep 2015 my PD will be current... So I was exoecting IL on september... I havent got pcc yet., everything else is fine they said when I called NVC .

      I would say more like 2-3 months. They might not wait a month to schedule your interview after they complete your case since your priority date will be current way before. Also, they might take less than a month to complete your case after submitting the PCC since it's a checklist. Just make sure to call often after you submit your documents to ensure early notification of case completion.

      You should definitely call the NVC because you already having a case complete is a possibility. Reviewing of DS260 after you already have submitted all documents doesn't usually take the full 30 days. If your case isn't completed yet, I would say you will definitely get CC in the next week or two.

      Mh......in my opinion, if you don't filll the ds 260 your case won't be completed and this will lead your case to delay since after they identify the case as completed it takes one month to send your documents from nvc to your country embassy. So, I would say fill it right now if it's available for you. My pd is March 3, 2014. My case was completed on July 22, 2015. All I'm waiting is my pd to become available

      Yeah..... fill it and send all the required documents for review (approx. a month)to make sure everything is fine. Some times we make minor mistakes, and they send us the checklist for correcting those mistakes which again takes approximately another month. I can't explain how much I feel relieved and relaxed after my case was completed and I have nothing else to work on apart from waiting my pd to become current which will be in October as per visa bulletin predictions
