    6. There are two different categories:

EB3 India: After crunching latest data, EB3 India movement could be around 2-3 weeks in the June VB.

  2. Based on June DD, do you think that EB2I will move to some time in 2007 by July 2013 VB?

    1. The July VB will depend on July demand data (not on June demand data). We will be adding an article soon on how far EB2 India could move based on EB/FB spillovers.

    1. There is still a lot of demand in EB3 Philippines before Jan 2007. Each country in EB3 category can get max 2802 visas in a year (plus any spillover from FB).

Depending on how much spillover DOS decides to apply in June VB, it can move between 1-2 weeks.

    1. Based on current data, there are around 2,200 applicants from Jan 2007 to July 2007. We are waiting for updated data directly from USCIS.

  5. 2 whole months gone, and F4 files didn't pushed a single day by US government.
From last 9 months it's going just a week further per month.
Can't figure out what they wants to do and when they will make this category faster.
My PD is at 8th sep 2001. Please Amazon, we are tremendously tired waiting for visa and cant decide our further career here in India.

Please tell me when it will be faster and when they make our file current. ???

  6. Mmmm, I see. With those numbers, it is like USCIS and DOS doesn't care at all about diversity. EB spillover rule is killing all the countries (except 2). This is really bizarre.

Anyway, this blog is perfect in explaining all these hidden details about the visa system. Thanks for the efforts !

  8. Any word on the July 2013 demand data? I am assuming for EB3 ROW it'll be a little soared up due to the surge and uptick in priority dates movement.
